SELECTION PROCESS

 

 

Step 1: After the closing date, all applications will be screened to assess each applicant’s suitability for the position.

 

Step 2: A roster of top candidates will be selected and invited to a phone and/or in-person interview with a Recruitment Consultant from HR Associates.

 

Step 3: A short list of candidates from the first stage of the interview process will be invited to an in-depth interview with the hiring executive(s).

 

Step 4: Reference checks, education confirmation and criminal background checks will be conducted.

 

Step 5: Job offers will be made to successful candidates.
