SELECTION PROCESS

  • Step 1: After the closing date, all applications will be screened to assess each applicant’s suitability for the position.

  • Step 2: A roster of top candidates will be selected for each position and invited to an in-person interview with senior staff at the OCOT.

  • Step 3: Reference checks, education confirmation and criminal background checks will be conducted.

  • Step 4: Job offers will be made to successful candidates.
