Steps in the Selection Process

 

  1. Applications will be screened to assess each applicant’s suitability for the position.

  2. A roster of top candidates will be selected and invited to a phone and/or in-person interview with a Recruitment Consultant from HR Associates.

  3. A short list of candidates from the first stage of the interview process will be invited to an in-depth interview with the client(s).

  4. Reference checks, education confirmation and background checks will be conducted.

  5. Job offer will be made to successful candidate.
